I announced a new book and companion AI assessment tool this week. Both are launching in October, and both are designed to accelerate AI transformation for organizations and individuals.

The title of the book is, "The AI Transformation Blueprint: A Human-Centered Guide to Organizational Change." It’s a change management resource for leading transformation with urgency, clarity, and humanity.

The book introduces the AI Transformation System (AITS), a framework for moving from AI understanding and experimentation to sustained innovation and success with the goal of unlocking human potential, not replacing it.

• Measure progress over time: Retake the assessment and watch the baseline move. Transformation is an ongoing process of change management and innovation.
